30-Day Return Policy
We at citypetfood.com hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. All of your purchases at citypetfood.com are covered by our 30-day Nutritional Satisfaction money-back guarantee. Customer service representatives are available via using our email form. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund of the product cost. Shipping cost is not refundable nor does City Pet Food cover the cost of the return. Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container and in resalable condition for refund. You are covered by this unconditional money back guarantee for a full 30 days from your date of purchase. Please email or call our Customer Service Department within 30 days of the shipment date to receive return instructions. We cannot guarantee a refund on products returned without contacting us first. Returns after the 30 day period are considered on a case by case basis. If a return is authorized after the 30 day limit, then a 30% restocking fee will be charged on unopened product that is in resalable condition.
Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within three (2) days of receipt of the goods, so we can file a claim with our Shipping Provider.
Food purchase returns should show minimal usage to be eligible for a refund: Half used bags will not be considered refundable unless it is a special circumstance.
Submit Return Request to Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org with Full Name, Address, Date of Purchase, Formula Name, Bag Size, Date Code and reason for return.
Please make sure to type your complete and correct delivery address. If we send your package to the address that you put on your order and it is not correct, do not worry, we will make every attempt to work with our Shipping Provider to correct that address and get your package to you with a minimum delay. There will be a surcharge from USPS/FedEx/UPS that will be charged to your credit card. Please note FedEx/UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. If you only give us a PO Box we will send your order via USPS Priority Mail.

We use constant contact as our email marketing company and they do not allow us to put your name on our list. You are in control of that and must voluntarily place yourself on the list by using the link at that top of every page. You may unsubscribe whenever you wish, but we hope you stay on our list. We send out coupons and free offers all the time via email. But I promise you will not get bombarded, we do only 1-2 emails per month.
